Check Out the Bay Area's Salt Therapy Secret

Sea Salt Therapy, in Campbell, is offering special prices for new clients for a month of visits: $59 per week or five sessions for $45. Sea Salt Therapy, owned by Angela Kassai and her daughter, Klaudia Nord, is the first salt room therapy wellness center in the Bay Area.

Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a drug-free treatment that provides natural healing derived from the earth’s salt sources, which were once inaccessible to most people. Sea salt therapy helps clients with respiratory ailments, such as asthma and emphysema, and skin problems, such as psoriasis and eczema. It is 100-percent natural and safe, with no side effects, and is appropriate for children as well as adults. Both Kassai and Nord were helped by sea salt therapy themselves.

Each room is cozy and spa-like, with walls, floors and ceilings covered in salt. During each 45-minute session, clients can recline and relax, enjoy music or read while breathing in the salt-infused air. The salt acts like an expectorant, accelerating the clearance of mucus and debris, and improving lung function, while killing harmful bacteria and soothing the respiratory system. It also helps repair the skin and hair, boosts immunity and aids in relaxation and stress relief.

Location: 3199 S. Bascom Ave., Campbell. For more information, call 408-369-1486, email Info@SeaSaltTherapy.com or visit SeaSaltTherapy.com.
